Unreinforced Slope Stability Analysis

From this tutorial, the user will understand the workflow associated with the stability analysis of unreinforced slope cuts in staged excavations.  The user will also learn the use of various basic functions and the workflow of SoilWorks in the process.  Safety factors for each excavation stage will be compared between the values obtained from LEM (Limit Equilibrium Method) Analysis

generally used for unreinforced slopes and the Construction Stage Analysis using SRM (Strength Reduction Method).  The comparison between the two methods will provide a design guide for economically reinforcing the slope.
