- FX4D adds new dimension to already proven powerful analysis environment of DIANA by easily accessibly task-oriented user interface in Windows Environment, advanced CAD-like modeling functions, auto-mesh generation, and result visualization and assessment powered by latest graphic technology.
- FX4D brings the same framework, geometry modeling, mesh generation, and post-processing capability with the pre/post processor of midas FEA.

- Analysis Model Assembly [FX4D]
In FX4D, user create a finite analysis model (nodes, elements, and load/boundary conditions) and delivers the model data to Mesh Editor.
- Model Modification and Analysis [Mesh Editor, DIANA]
After calling the model data from FX4D, user can add and/or modify the data in Mesh Editor. The analysis will be performed in DIANA after defining appropriate analysis condition.
- Result Assessment [FX4D]
User can evaluate DIANA's result data by using various graphic displays and numerical assessments of post-processor in FX4D.
